Southern Bodega was formed in Arizona as of 2021 by Chef Terrance Thames. The owner of Terenzio Hospitality LLC. Southern Bodega is a BBQ Smoker Trailer We provide a wide variety of unique cuisines, that is suited to fit everyone's pallet.

Our services provide grass-fed local beef and non-hormone chicken. We also use local ingredients from farm to table. This is a scratch-based kitchen, that takes pride in our food as well as customer service. Our goal is to be known for the best fried chicken and grass-fed products. You should still be able to eat clean and healthy, but with soul.
